I purchased a 2013 Audi A4 from Matt a few months ago. Matt was very helpful when I presented him with my list of wants. I found his prices to be very reasonable considering everywhere has raised their prices due to the car shortage.After my first visit I had my car picked out. I returned a couple days later and the paper work was all ready to go. The signing process took about 10 minutes.

Matt is very organized, not pushy, and knows his inventory inside and out. I've since had to replace the oil sensor and the spark plugs, but other than that the car has been perfect.

I would definitely recommend 616 motors and will use them again for my family's next car purchase.

Extremely impressed! Matt and frankly everyone at 616 Motors were just fantastic to meet and interact with. They have a very impressive inventory, I feel as though for them to put a car on their lot it must have 1 of 2 qualifications, either interesting or a perfect vehicle for Michigan life. One must remember when buying a used car from a dealership, that it is still a used car and things will happen. But 616 Motors has went above and beyond to ensure their vehicles are the best they can be on both ends of the sale.

First off they did recommended preventative enigine maintenance 10-15000 miles early just to make sure it was done and now will not be needed for another 100000 miles.

Also the power steering pump went out 2 weeks after purchesed, I texted a picture of the car on the side of the road to Matt, honestly not expecting a response till the next day as it was later in the evening, and Matt called me within 20 seconds while he was out at dinner... that is unheard-of respect and appreciation for a customer. And beyond that he covered the replacement pump since it was a part they installed even though they had no contractual obligation... 20/10 experience and will be many sending others their way!!
